Role Description

As an ALDI Stocker, you are the cornerstone of daily store execution and merchandise availability. Working in a fast-paced retail store environment, you ensure that products move smoothly from logistics delivery trucks directly to sales floor shelves, cooler display cases, and freezer sections. Stockers take pride in maintaining immaculate merchandise displays, organized backrooms, and clean shopping aisles while providing friendly assistance to shoppers when needed. This position requires active physical engagement, high attention to detail, and a commitment to operational efficiency. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence at the store facility with zero remote or work-from-home options.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload inbound delivery trailers safely using manual and electric pallet jacks, staging product pallets organized by store department.
• Restock merchandise shelves, refrigerated display cases, and freezer units efficiently, adhering to ALDI planograms and FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation standards.
• Front-face product packaging across all aisles to maintain pristine visual merchandising standards for shoppers.
• Operate cardboard balers and recycling compactors, keeping stockrooms and sales floors clear of packaging debris and hazards.
• Identify and cull damaged or expired goods, ensuring all displayed products meet strict quality and freshness guidelines.
• Perform continuous facility upkeep, including floor sweeping, spill remediation, and maintaining clear emergency exits and aisles.
• Assist shoppers courteously by locating products and answering store inquiries in a helpful, friendly manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform continuous physical labor, including heavy lifting (up to 45 lbs independently), bending, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate manual and powered material handling equipment safely.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance history.

Job Type & Schedule

• Job Type: Full-Time (100% On-Site).
• Schedule: Flexible shifts available, including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on store operational needs.
